H10 Lanzarote Princess - Playa Blanca, Spain     

I arrived at this hotel at 11:30 pm to find that my booking had been lost. I then sat around for an hour waiting to see what had happened in this time i was not offered a drink or allowed to go and buy one was told to sit and wait! For the first night of my "Honeymoon" i had to pay to stay in there sister hotel. The next day we were shipped back to the hotel after they "found" our booking. We were given room 1068 which is a nice refurbished room .. with TWIN beds that fell apart, but we couldnt be moved as the hotel was full, not what you want on your honeymoon. We paid for a sea view... got a view of a hut. The entertainment was not to be mean but rubbish. The mic's broke all the time was given in about 5 different languages so you forgot what it was all about. The food what a joke. Breakfast hmm eggs under or over cooked, ham and cheese and oh yes fish fingers and fried potato's. Cereal's were horrid and milk is warm. Dinner was even worse poor choice repeated every night, rude people in the hotel. Pushing and shoving is the norm in this hotel. This hotel is full of middle aged senior citziens it is not for young people at all. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is cleaned every single day and is spotless, best cleaning ive ever seen at any hotel.

just arrived back from lanzarote princess and i must say it was a superb experience and we would deffinitally be back we had our five year old son with us and he just totally adored it. from the minute wee arrived at reception wot a greeting by the hotel staff. entertainment was first class provided most nights by the hotel workers who i must say work very hard all day. food eas good most nights some nights a bit of hit and miss breakfast time was best for eating. som rooms could do with a bit of freshening up to but overhall this is a great hotel desserves its 4 stars great time had by all.
