Residence Agnes - Prague, Czech Republic

I'm writing not about residence agnes, but about hotel u kocku, because when we arrived at the agnes, the receptionist told us that there was a problem with their prenotations, and they had no romms for us. So they gave us a room for the same price in the kocku hotel, a 4 stars like the agnes. At least, the kocku was in a better position in the town that the agnes.

I was in Prague for a long weekend. The hotel was in a convenient location for a short walk into the old town. The rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was a nice buffet. The only thing was that our room was near the kitchen, which got quite noisy at times, and that the EUR/CZK exchange rate used by the hotel to convert was slightly less favourable than you would find on the street!

Only thing that kept cleanliness from being a 10 was the fact that it had been a smoking room. Great location, great service!

Great little hotel. Although it's in a quiet little street it's still within a five minute walk of the old town center. Very clean, very quiet rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. This is the first and only review I have ever written and I have done it just because I was so impressed. Nuff said.
