1Be aware: the Ibis 15-minute Satisfaction Guarantee was created to ensure your Ibis experience stays hassle-free. Our pledge is clear and simple:
- 15 minutes is the maximum amount of time we give ourselves to provide a solution to any problem you experience that we are responsible for. And, if we can't fulfill this guarantee, your room is on us! Now, that's a great benefit! - They will not make you aware of this and it was a 3 month fight for them to fulfill their "promise"!!
Not only did we discover a 12 inch tear down the middle of our bottom sheet, it came with pubic hairs!! There was dust and long black hairs in the bathroom and shower stall. Depsite leaving the towels on the floor - (we walked on them), they were hung up to be reused when the room was made up and the glasses we'd used were exactly where we'd left them on the desk. The staff were rude and the overpriced breakfast bar was very poor quality. The room quality even clean, does not live up to the expense of the room rate. Circumstances did not allow for a change of hotels at that time.
To make up for this, months later, we were offered a voucher for Weekend complimentary stay (double room incl. breakfast) upgrade service (balcony room and VIP treatment) and entrance to the Health Club (fitness, swimming, Jacuzzi, pool, 2 saunas). We had to decline as a quick trip to Prague from Manitoba, Canada was out of the question. But we did get a mot of the price of the night's rate refunded.
My tip - there are many much nicer hotels than this one to choose from!!
