The hotel room was a top floor one and was bright and spacious and very clean, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent. Room Service was daily and was very good.

Great location. Near tram, internetcafé and a nice 8 minutes walkway to Vaclavske nam. Hostess (the lady) was very pleasant and give us some advise about Praque. We found a very nice restuarant just around Brezina, with lovely food; Resturant U Emy Destinnové. We have a pleasant stay, 3½ days in Praque in spring.

The room is OK,clean,wide,and safe.The hotel is near Metro IP Pavlova which is just one stop from Wancelas square,so this is very good.There is also a tram station nearby and there are supermarkets,fruits,Mc donald, KFC,Pizza and restaurants around the tram station.The hotel gave us only one towel per day for 10 days in spite of we booking for two persons.There are wireless in our room and we can borrow LAN-cable in the days wi-fi failed.

The room and the location are excellent, very short walk and a very nice restaurant Kalishca? on a nearby street. As for the staff, not friendly! The breakfast staff were nice and accomodating, except when they were smoking in the "garden" area, where I would have liked to eat breakfast, but couldn't because I don't like smoke with my breakfast, or any meal at that!

Very noisy rooms, at least the top floor attic rooms. You can hear and feel every footstep of your neighbors' room Also, these rooms are nonsmoking, but there is no indication of this on either venere or the hotel's site. P.S. the breakfast is very expensive.
