Stayed at this hotel for four nights during the week before Christmas and was rather alarmed after reading the reports on tripadvisor. No need though, my room was clean, very spacious and we found the breakfast fine. I was worried about security but for about 50czk a day you can hire a safe box. The doors to the rooms do need to be pulled shut as this did catch me out after reading the report that they slammed shut. The bus stop is a minutes walk down the road and with the transport system in Prague as good as it is there is no need for taxis. ?3 will get you a 3 day pass that lets you on bus,tram or underground. The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite and did their best to be helpful, even looking on the net for the footie results for my sister!! I would reccommend this hotel as unless you are a millionaire and are used to high luxury this hotel does deserve its 4star grade.

Sono stato a Praga per Pasqua con la mia famiglia, l'hotel è situato in periferia ma in una zona tranquilla e servito benissimo con l'autobus 137 che ferma davanti all'hotel ogni 10/15 minuti e porta alla fermata della metropolitana di Andel. L'unico inconveniente è quello di capitare nello stesso piano con le gite di studenti..... un po' rumorose, visto che l'hotel è frequentato molto da comitive. Comunque il nostro soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente.

This hotel is listed as being IN Mala Strana. It is not. It is, in fact, several kilometers from Mala Strana. The hotel also provided details of its facilities that were only available in its sister hotel.

The hotel is really good. It has an excellent price for the service and quality provided. The pitfall is that is 25 min from city centre and the first time it is hard to find, since the czech numbering is strange.

Bath towels and bed sheets with holes or broken don?t correspond to a 4-stars-hotel! The location in the map is completely wrong. The Hotel is 40 min away with the bus, instead of in the center of Prague. They know about this mistake but they just don?t care because they profit from this This is just unacceptable! I feel completely cheated
