4Hotel Kavalir is a very reasonably priced option for Prague, as long as you are happy to not be within walking distance of the more historic areas in the centre.
It should be noted that transport is right at the front door and we had no problems traveling in and out of central Prague (around ten minutes). And nobody ever asked to see our ticket on the tram!
It is more difficult to get to from the airport. We chose to use a taxi (agreeing the price before we got into the taxi). When we had more time on the way back to the airport, we caught the tram and two trips on the metro, to reach a bus that travels to the airport. Quite convoluted, but it didn't take as long as it might sound and it was a lot cheaper than the taxi.
The room we had was clean, well appointed and large. The staff were friendly (which was a relief as customer service in other areas of Prague can be abysmal). Breakfast was comprehensive, including cereal, cold meat, fruit, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, orange juice etc.
If you are price sensitive and willing to do a little traveling, this is a wise choice.
