Rooms are spotless, they have internet access in the lobby which was perfect for sending emails home, great food, good wine, it was less than a five minute walk to the metro (When we walked the right way! 10 mins to Prague on the metro and that was right at Wenslasas square. So location wise this hotel couldn't be more perfect. I know the hotel was an extremely good bargain, but I still feel that there should be some level of customer service in every hotel be it a 2, 3 or 4 star hotel.. Read review
