Stayed in RESIDENCE VERONA for three nights - both staff on reception were first class, polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was served downstairs and was more than adequate. We had a one bedroom suite for three adults. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was excellent - plently of lights, hairdryer etc.The only downside were the hard beds. The location was excellent - less than 10 minutes walked you to Old Town Square were you could pick up any of the walking Tours etc - Across the Street from Residence Verona is a supermarket - next door to the Restaurant - excellent Pizzas etc. Before we arrived in Prague we had prebooked a Cedaz Minibus transport - no problems locating them at the airport and they even arrived early to take us back to the airport on the day we left.

We booked this hotel through Venere.com. We were looking for a hotel that accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. This residence was perfect! The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and a good size. Good breakfast in our room. The kitchenette comprised of a cupboard in the children's room, it got a little cramped at times but it was ok. It was only a short walk into the old town and the pub/restaurant accross the road is fabulous. Well priced and the children found something they liked. Overall a very good experience.
