Very nice room, good location

Had a room for 3 people and one bed was an extremely comfy sofa bed. Basically had two seperate rooms and lots of extra space to put our suitcases. Large television with a few english channels and nice bathroom (although be wary burning shower taps). Very nice staff on reception who tell you how to reach everywhere as soon as you check in. Location is great as many cheap restaurants very near the hotel. The station is only a few minutes walk and opposite that is a busy tram stop. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Just got back from a 4 day break. Excellent hotel in a great part of the city, very clean and well provisioned; friendly staff, well recommended. 5 mins walk to bridge that goes into city centre, or only 2 mins from great selection of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and tram stops in other direction.

staid at the hotel for a week, we had booked with the hotel to get a taxi to pick us up and arranged for it to bring us there and back for a fixed price. When we finally reached the hotel at around 23.40 the taxi driver dropped us outside. Although we knew that we had a seperate 'studio apartment' we didn't realise that it would actually be 3 long roads away. the taxi driver had gone and we were left to haul our cases there ourselves without the receptionist who had left us, two women in the middle of the night to find the place ourselves!!!! As we arrived in the room we were discusted, as soon as we walked in we saw damp all over the walls, paint chipped off of the walls everywhere, a mirror the size of the wall opposite our bed and if you wanted to use the extractor fan in the bathroom you would have literally had to have your hand on it the whole time!!!! That night we were very worried about the room (with no smoke detector) and the area that we were staying in that i instantly phoned the reception to get a room in the min building but was given no help at all, even if the room was thought as safe, there wasnt one single one of the room facilities that were listed! The next day I spoke to the manager Gabriella who was less then useful and very very rude who finally changed our room for us. We had to put up with very rude staff for the whole week and equally discusting breakfast (the only thing i touched each morning was the juice!!!!) Overall i urge people not to stay here, i know i wouldnt as it could have spoilt our holiday!!!
