From reading several reviews on the net I had the image that this hotel would be great..... Yes the rooms are unique, but I was shocked at how bored, tired and uninterested the staff were from the point I checked in to my final day of check out. I dont mind paying big $$$ to stay in some fancy hotel, but theres nothing worse than having to stay somewhere with such ill mannered staff. As for the rooms - My bath seemed unused for a long long time so when we started the water up, a terrible smell came through the water.... also we actully had to wash the bath first as alot of left over black dust and residue still remained there from the last time the room was occupied. Ok thats enough complaining. The better points of this hotel is that it is situated in the heart of the city - easy access to all areas of Prague. . . few mins walk to old town square - beautiful area.. But for the price - Id recommend some other hotel which is also located in the centre of the old town square. There are tons of them. Do yourself a favour and stay in some other hotel.
