This hotel was touted as a cozy 3 star property. It was quiet as our 3 rooms were 3 of the four booked for 2 nights in early May. It is not really in walking distance of city center and is 5 tram stops to the Tesco stop. The rooms were simple, old and worn but all three bathrooms were contaminated with heavy mold growth. This is a zero maintenance hotel that is definitely off the beaten path.
