I arrived earlier than the normal check-in time. I was informed that my (normal) room was not yet ready. However, the reception hostess immediately moved me to an available, larger double room with ceiling skylight/windows on the top floor. The staff were all pleasant and genuinely happy to have you as a guest. Overall, it is a hotel operation which is seeking and achieving excellence, notwithstanding that it operates in a somewhat difficult or older-infrastructure neighborhood (surrounding area).

Tr?s bon accueil et le restaurant de l'h?tel est tr?s qualitatif. Il ne faut pas se fier ? la premi?re id?e que l'on a quand on arrive dans le quartier. Par contre, il faudrait rajouter dans les acc?s : le nom de la station de bus. Personnel jeune et sympathique.

Très bon accueil et le restaurant de l'hôtel est très qualitatif. Il ne faut pas se fier à la première idée que l'on a quand on arrive dans le quartier. Par contre, il faudrait rajouter dans les accès : le nom de la station de bus. Personnel jeune et sympathique.

Very big rooms and GREAT breakfast!!!!! Good value and very friendly staff also. Only downfall is that it is a 10min tram ride to main square and the surrounding area is a bit average. Would have been perfect if was a little closer to town. But overall very good value!!!!

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff. Facilities exactly as described on this website. Located about 4km away from city centre, but an all-day tram ticket is excellent value, about €4. Overall excellent value for money for a short stay in Prague.
