Our hotel was completely renovated in 2005. We are located in the very centre of the residential district of Prague 4: Branik. This attractive location offers direct tram or bus links to the city centre, but also the opportunity to spend some active leisure time in one of Prague’s greenest areas.

Hotel was quite nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurant was nice. the staff were helpful, and they had free internet. The neighborhood was sketchy, and it was a pain to get to the city center. If you come back after midnight, you either need to take the night tram (about an hour if you include a 15 minute wait fro the tram) or pay $50 for a taxi.

The hotel is far from the city centre (and is cheaper because of this) but you have a tram stop 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and the tram takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre. Around the hotel you have some stores (market, pharmacy, restaurants, tabacs stores) so you can get what you need. The hotel restaurant is very good and cheap, a great deal. The staff was very friendly, they helped us booking our tours, giving advices and also when we lost our credit card they were very helpful. The breakfast was ok for the fare, simple but good. Some bad things: The room is not the same that the one showed in the website but it was a new room, clean and spacious. They do not have dark courtains, so the room is bright early in the morning. They did not change the sheets for five days, even after we dropped chocolate on it. But for the money we paid it was a fair deal, and if you are traveling on a budget we reccomend it.
