From the first look you’ll notice the original design and during sitting in the atrium you can listen to the water flowing from the mill wheel. Das Positive zuerst, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und ruhig. Nun das Negative leider hat sich vieles seit unserem letzten Besuch im November 2006 zum Negativen geändert. Das Essen im Restaurant war geschmacklich zwar gut, aber wir haben bei 4 bestellten Essen vier mal kaltes Essen bekommen. Der bestellte Fisch war noch Roh. Mal kurz in die Microwelle und alles sollte gut sein. Eine Entschuldigung gab es für das kalte und völlig überteuerte Essen nicht. Vielleicht hätte uns auffallen sollen, das 2006 das Restaurant noch abends voll war und dieses Jahr nur 2 Tische besetzt waren obwohl das Hotel gut bebucht war. Beim Frühstücksbuffet sollte man schnell sein, denn es wird kein Kaffee oder Saft (schmeckte wie Wasser) mehr aufgefüllt. Auch Käse oder Wurst wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Was weg ist ist weg. Ein Lächeln des Personals wäre auch mal nicht schlecht. Nur das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden nicht mehr zu Besuch kommen!!

We found personel at the hotel extremely unpolite, rude and not professional at all. For breakfast, there was always lack of food and coffee. One evening, we have even received a rotten cake for our dinner; we have complained, but the personel did not even offer us another cake. On the top of all, they have cheated us for the hotel rate, calculating extremely high exchange rate between Czech crown and euro. Make sure that you avoid this hotel!
