"Convenient and comfortable"

We were disappointed when we saw the small and narrow lobby. But that was only a deceptive appearance as we realised most four star hotels on the street had the same narrow lobby. Inside is a whole different experience. The hotel is conveniently located, near shops, transportation, and tourist attractions. The rooms were reasonbly sized and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a reasonably good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I spent a week in this hotel, which I found very well located, with access to railrod trains, metro stations, supermarkers, bistros, restaurants, etc.I am a senior, who likes to walk and enjoy everthing the city has to offer. From the airport you take a bus #119 to a metro station and from there four stops, and then is five minutes walk. Information at the airport is excellent.I love this place and I plan to come back next year,and stay in this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel in a very central location. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of variety. Staff competence was very questionable. I tried calling room service a number of times one night and when they finally answered I was greeted with 'I am very busy' which took me by surprise. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant one night and ordered 2 course (entree & main). The entree arrived before the main and was followed by the main 2 seconds later. On our last night there, I called reception to try and get them to arrange an early taxi to the airport. I was advised that they had their own shuttle bus which would cost double what I had paid to get to the hotel. I asked them to provide me with details of AAA taxis which have more competitive prices and I was told they did not have their details. After a long conversation, I was finally able to convince them to give me the number and I then had to call AAA taxis myself and book a taxi for the morning. Not the type of service you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Stay here for the location and breakfast.

this is my sekond visit at this hotel,and i like it very much,but it is more expensive than last time.the service and location is very good i will use the hotel next time i go ti pragh.

l'Hotel Ramada Grand Hotel Symphony ? stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. la zona ? centralissima l'albergo ha tutti in confort di un quattro stelle ad un prezzo veramente conveniente.lo staff ? gentile e l'utima cosa che posso dire ? che se volete soggiornare a praga il ramada ? la scelta migliore
