We were favorably impressed by the friendly welcome. The owner/employees assisted us in many ways which made our visit to Prague even more enjoyable. I can recommend Hotel Klenor wholeheartedly. 4.9more on Venere

Nice and warm welcoming, "you feel at home". Helpful and good service when needed. Easy to get into city and sitghtseeing. But no air-condition, very, very warm at summertime...
Ps. a nice restaurant near by if you dont want to get into city every day. 4.2more on Venere

The only problem that we experienced is transportation in to town - it is a bit of a problem. I am not sure how you can cope with it? Particularly with guests such as us who come without a car. Perhaps a lift to the tram would be useful? 4.6more on Venere

Our very serious objection to the Hotel Klenor is that it claims to have a pool, for which reason we chose it over a more conveniently located hotel. IT HAS NO POOL! Yet it continues advertising a pool . This is very unacceptable! 3.1more on Venere
