We were unhappy because we were two couples, one with small children, and we booked two 3-person apartments and instead they put us into one-six person apartment. We just did not have the privacy we needed or access to a bathroom in the morning. Also, a Continental breakfast was included in the room rate, and when I asked the hotel management they said it was in an Irish bar next door called Scorpio's, which was smoky even in the morning. They had slices of bread and coffee out on the bar, and they asked for our voucher, which the hotel had not given us. We were there at 8 a.m. and the hotel office did not open till 9 a.m., so we just ended up leaving without eating anything and going somewhere else.

I and four friends stayed at this hotel over the weekend and we were all really impressed with the Jep's value for money. We arrived on Friday evening to be told that we were being put into one apartment as opposed to the two we had originally booked.... our first worry was how long it was going to take five girls to get ready in one apartment! We were then told that we would need to be taken in a 7-seater cab (provided by the hotel) to get to the apartment which caused further distress as we had chosen the Jep specifically for it's central location and value for money........it all worked out for the best though.... The apartment was based just around the corner to the Old Town Square (an even better location than Wenceslas Square and only 10 mins away by foot). The apartment had 2 double bedrooms, 3 beds made up in the huge living area, 2 bathrooms (sighs of relief all round), and a kitchen with full self catering facilities. The apartment was really spacious, modern and most importantly clean, situated within walking distance of all the main bars and restaurants in the Old Town. The cab returned on Sunday morning at our requested time to take us back to the main reception so we could check out and from there pick up our arranged transfer to the airport. We can't fault the Jep for the price we paid (£28 each for 2 nights), despite the blip in communication we all highly recomend these apartments. For small groups (of men/women) looking for a central base to stay, the Jep is ideal whether you are located in Wensceslas Square or the Old Town Square.
