i loved this hotel- down a quiet side street but very close to everything and only 2 mins walk to charles bridge. We ha d a bright large twin room and ariy spacious bathroom. Only quibble was there was no bath but a large shower. Room was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast - a great selection and nice to see fresh croissants ( still hot!) and fruit. we actually ate in the hotel one vening and the food was superb and very beatifully presented.

The reason for our stay was just leisure. The hotel is a beautiful building and the inside is lovely designed. Nice and spacious rooms. Located in a very quiet part of Prague just 5 minutes from the very famous Charles Bridge and only 10 minutes to the Old Town Square. Everything within walking distance. The breakfast was a delight. Mgmt an personell very friendly.

My ratings of the city and hotel out of 10: Prague = 8 Recommended #days in city = 3+ Leonardo Hotel: Hotel Quality = 7.5 Location = 8 (a quiet area just south of the Charles Bridge and Stare Mesto) Service = 8 Food = 8 (breakfast included) By now you already know that Prague is worth a visit. One day each for the old downtown, castle district, and the parks is worthwhile. While it may not be as refined as Paris, it does feel a little more exotic with narrow winding streets. In particular, the castle, bridge and old town square are spectacular at night. The Leonardo hotel was quite nice but the street was a little desolate later at night.

Most important positive impression - the hotel is next door to the Charles bridge. However, it doesn't really deserve 4 stars from any point except probably the restaurant
