Beware making a reservation close to the time you want to stay! When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist claimed that I hadn't made a reservation and tried to charge me 80 euros for the night. She also attempted to take my passport off me to make sure that I "paid". This hotel is ok, but be careful when you book.

I was surprised just after arriving - the hotel was overbooked. Plus - I was offered other location, from Prague 4 to Prague 10, to Rhea Hotel. I am sure that this replacement was the best for my family, but I can not evaluate the Luna Hotel.

This was really fabulous trip with even more fabulous accomodation. Its value for money. Hotel services good (according to offer), hotel staff very friendly, there are willing to answer you every question, breakfast nice, room cleaned and i was satisfied with the price, the hotel is not far away from city center due to underground.... i recomend this hotel who wants spend amazing holiday in Prague for amazing price, u wont regret ...
