Location is ok, the tram service is very frequent. However the info on their website is out of date and we waited half an hour upon arrival at the (quite grim) train station waiting for a tram that no longer goes from there. I informed them of this but they didn't seem very interested at the time and I note it hasn't been changed on their website. Room was just ok. Certainly didn't look much like the ones on their site. I partly booked this hotel because it had gym facilities. However, upon arrival there was a note on reception saying they weren't open. There were events 2 of the 3 nights we stayed - fair enough; but I was woken at 4.30 one morning by guests still 'partying' and when walked out of room saw 2 members of staff looking into keyhole of another room, and who to be honest looked as if they were looking for an empty room. IAlso there were a few bottles and cans lying around and a champagne cork on our breakfast table. Just really unprofessional! Breakfasts were good.
