Excellent and unique hotel. Quality and service first class. Rooms were a little too warm, but that's only complaint.

Maybe the nicest hotel of Prague, we stayed there 3 nights in January, and I highly recomend it to everyone, specially for romantic breakaways. Our room was Standard, but large enough, with a endless king size bed and a beautiful bathroom with Molton Brown ammenities. Big plasma TV, Harman Kardon Hi-Fi and your own iPod with selected songs. Room service not too expensive and really good. The common areas are warm and refined. You are close to St. Charles Bridge but not in the hubbub of the city, which is an advantage. In short, a gem in a wonderful city.

A truly memorable experience!

From the moment we were greeted by the hotel driver at Prague airport, to the time he dropped us back there, we were really looked after by the staff of the Aria. The hotel has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The freshly cooked breakfasts are really delicious - our room was spacious and well designed - we particularly appreciated the i-pod system with a wide selection of music. We look forward to returning to our 'home form home' at Christmas!

Magical New Year!

We booked to stay at the Aria for 3 nights from 29th December to 1st January. Although we would admit to being slightly cynical about hotel arranged New Years Eve events - this was superb! We could not have asked for a more magical evening. An incredibly good meal, great company, staff who felt part of the family (we recognised the reception staff, the conceirge and the food and beverage staff all playing a part!). Shortly before midnight, the staff guided us out to the beautiful gardens where we were issued with champagne, thermal blankets and a countdown to midnight. Up some steps at the top of the garden, we looked on the one side at Prague Castle and on the other across the city and were treated to thousands of firework displays. The most wonderful, magical New Years Eve we've ever experienced! Back to the Hotel. we cannot fault the service - this was exceptional in every sense. We weren't sure about our room when we arrived, but to the hotel's credit, this was dealt with quickly and faultlessly - a choice of two other rooms - and at their busiest time of year. Roman, at Reception (I think that's how he spells it!) looked after us for the three days and never once complained. The other person who works tirelessly is Mike Ferrero responsible for the Restaurant. We saw him every minute of every day - including 3am on New years day and he'd had his first child only a few days before. Real dedication! This isn't as cosy as the Golden Well at which we also stayed - but we agreed that it wins the prize for service hands down. Exceptional - and we are both well seasoned travellers. We'd thoroughly recommend it. And if you do stay - there's a great underground bar across the road, and Little Glen's Jazz bar around the corner. If you love music - definitely the place to stay!
