  • The junior suite we stayed in was sensational, the linens and pillows were 1st class. The bathroom floor even had radiant heat. The service was exceptional in every way. They had music of your choice in the room with a great sound system. A DVD player in the room for movies they had in their library. Even their breakfast that was included had a great buffet, but you could order anything else as well. This is the kind of service that a Four Seasons is known for but, this was a small personal hotel.. Read review

  • We stayed there on our wedding night (July), arrived at 2am and were upgraded to the Johann Sebastian Bach suite and given a check-out time of 3pm (! This 'Classical' Suite was elegant & romantic and overlooked the gardens of the adjoining church - which are spectacular to wake up to. The room itself had complimentary champagne & fruit, molton brown amenities, music & novels of the room's composer/style of music (each room is unique) and a huge bed and bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional, the dining area itself is understated but the range and quality of the food is excellent. So a few tips: Definitely book a suite overlooking the gardens, specify if you want a room with a bathtub, meet with their music director and check their website for special deals.. Read review

  • Seriously though, stepping into this hotel each time made me beam… I can’t put my finger on it, but I think it was the combination of the cosy and elegant design of the hotel and its friendly staff. It started well with a Benz pickup at the airport, and it got better when we found our room to be very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. I loved the breakfast (included), they brought out your drinks and cooked breakfast. Pretty soon you notice the little touches that separate excellent hotels from good ones. The bedside chocolates, free internet access, Molton Brown products like shampoo and bath soap etc. The concierge (with a PhD) really knew her music and could tailor your day trip for you from choice of music, to meals and touristy things to do.. • From the excellent, friendly and helpful staff, to the themed rooms (which have MP3/CDs on your, yes your, computer for your listening enjoyment) to the primo location, this is THE place to stay in Prague. The fitness center is better than many commercial gyms and has a large Plasma-screen TV. The roof terrace has excellent views of Karlovy Most, Hdracany Castle and the Old Town. As for the staff, well I had to get some shirts pressed for a business meeting. The staff guaranteed the clothes would be laundered and pressed and back that night. Not only were they back, but the maid HUNG THEM UP IN THE CLOSET!. Read review
