4.6I have to tell, my stay at Artesse was the part I enjoyed the most of Prague, but of course there were positive and negative aspects.
Positive: incredibly spacious and nice decorated apartment; nice and varied breakfast served at room 5 minutes after request; the same electronic key opens your apartment and the front door at the street.
Negative: the apartment I stayed in was not properly prepared for my stay, so the electronic safe was left closed by the previous guests and Olga from the front desk got upset when I asked her to have it opened, afterwards I did not dare to tell her also the previous guests had left the satellite on and it went therefore locked, of course it needed to be unlocked from the front desk, so I simply turned it off and stayed away from the TV; the cooking corner has nothing to do with cooking but more of a serve-your-food-properly corner, it includes a nice cupboard with kitchenware, a sink and a fridge, but no microwave or space to put your own food in the fridge (there is a sign asking guests not to do so anyway); I found spiderwebs in the corners of the furniture and closets, as well as a big dead spider between the two glasses of the window; the elevator stops in every half-floor, that is not on the same level of the rooms, it remains half floor to carry your luggage up or down the stairs.
It might sound crazy but even with all these negative aspects I felt at home whenever I entered the apartment so, even if Artesse has some details to work on, I would definitely go back.
