Beautiful Hotel in a great location near the castle. Some of the rooms are buried down into the structure with no real view, and the terrace view is of the park. Quite peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is somewhat limited but good.

Quiet getaway

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms! Just minutes from Prague Castle on top of the hill, this is a great getaway from the noise of the town. If you are looking for something in the heart of the city this is not the place for you and if you are not willing to walk up a lot of steps to the top of the hill each day after exploring the city then this is not the place for you. But if you want amazing views, a spacious state of the art relaxing room, a friendly staff, and quiet at night this is the place for you. Great value for the stay!!

I stayed at the Domus Balthazar and it was grerat. the rooms are perfect.

This small 14th century gem is just the perfect place for a quiet stay high above the picturesque city of Prague. The location of this hotel was just far enough away from the crowds surrounding Prague Castle & the Charles Bridge. Our room (#7) was a large suite with enormous bathroom, comfortable bed with luxurious linens, and a sitting area. The windows opened out onto a spacious tiled terrace with lovely flower boxes & seating to simply relax & take in the view of the orchards below. An unattended, minimal breakfast is offered each morning featuring an array of bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, ham, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee & juice. Convenient internet access is available in the lobby area. The staff was very helpful with directions to ensure that we made it to the airport without incident. Would definitely reccomend this charming hotel to anyone.
