What Travellers Like

The staff were a delight, and this 8 room boutique hotel was immaculate, with wonderful attention to detail, comfort and service. I felt completely at home in room # 6 - a DeLuxe Double room which offers the most stunning views of Prague. The location in Hradcany by Prague Castle was perfect and completely silent at night, with no street noise (a rarity in any large city). The hotel staff recommended several local restaurants for evening dining and ALL offered delicous food at exceptional prices. The hotel also offers an honest and reliable private taxi service for transfers, sightseeing and day trips. The centre of Prague was a beautiful walk downhill through Hradcany & Mala Strana and we explored the city easily on foot.. Read review

We stayed in the suite for a fraction of the price paid for a really rubbish hotel in Britain. It was a genuine haven - huge rooms, lovely bed. The location is magical - just stone's throw from the castle. It's a good downhill stroll to the old town - but lots of lovely bars, restaurants and beer halls en route. Coming back, get the tram, which costs next to nothing and drops you just up the road from the hotel - with lots of lovely bars, etc etc.. Read review

400crowns for the taxi everytime you want to go back. The rooms are very nice but the breakfast is cold, it's self service so don't expect a hearty meal and all other meals you have to go downtown, since in the hill most restaurants close quite early. Except for those two things, the service is outstanding and at night is a very quiet area.. Read review
