4This hotel was a nice change from where I had stayed at in Paris just days before. I don't know that i would stay there again, as i felt it was rather far from the city. Yes, you can take the metro, but I'd like to have been a bit closer. Also, there is NO ELEVATOR, I'm sure lots of hotels in Europe don't have them, but if this is very important to you, fyi. I had one suitcase and i had to drag it up 6 flights of stairs...good European experience :)
The room was surprisingly spacious, we were on one of the top floors, so it was slanted, nice to be able to open windows (even if weather was rainy and cold). Also, big bathroom with decent hair dryer and surprisingly good lighting. No shower, just a tub but with hand held shower head, no problem for me but my high maintenance travel partner was none to happy (i laughed at that one).
The breakfast was pretty good too. breads, jams, eggs to order, meats cheeses, more then enough to eat. the staff, i dealt with 3 different ones, i'd say they were fine, not rude, but not that personable either, one was very nice though and even printed out a train schedule for me to find our way to Kunta Hora. also, there is a computer in the lobby you can use.
it was nice, price efficient, just a bit to far from the city for me, oh and every time you flushed the toilet, it squealed for 5 minutes, seriously, and I'm talking loud.
