Great location so close to old town square. Prague was roasting hot so it was great to pop back to our air conditioned room to cool down in the heat of the day. Comfy beds, good bath, dressing gowns and a phone in the bath room.. Read review

Its position is excellent, being very close to the beautiful Old Square and directly opposite the Belgian Chocolate Shop! We had a package at the hotel which included an upgrade to a wonderful suite on the top floor, overlooking the rooftops of the capital; a taxi to and from the airport; complimentary wine and water in the room; tickets for a concert; a 3 course meal in the hotel and a 3 day travel pass. The staff very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and the restaurant food excellent.. Read review

The service was excellent and the rooms very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were always smiling which make for a pleasant stay. We did not eat at the hotel for evening meals but the menu was good. Breakfast was both English and Continental with very good coffee, fresh fruit salad etc.. Read review

Great location: easy walk to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. Rooms were small but with lovely appointments. Service was great and the folks at the desk were really helpful with everyday tourist questions as well as opera and concert bookings. Terrific breakfast in beautiful dining room.. Read review

Our room was large, but the "excellent city view" is of roof tops only. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful. Excellent restaurants in the immediate area.. Read review
