Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights.Staff were most helpful.Breakfast was good quality.Plenty of cheap and friendly bars with good food nearby.Recommend the garlic soup!!!Tram service into the town centre was quick and reliable.Wenceslas Square was about 20 min walk away.

From the moment I first made an email enquiry to this hotel, I received superb service. The hotel arranged for a most professional and pleasant driver to meet me at the airport as my plane was arriving late in the evening. Upon arrival at the hotel at approximately 11.30pm, everything was ready and I was shown to a pleasant, large, spotlessly clean and well appointed room. The following morning at breakfast, the young lady who had made the booking for me came to introduce herself to me and welcome me to the hotel. The tram and metro are one block away and thus transportation throughout Prague is easy. Throughout my stay, all members of staff were friendly but extremely professional and I would recommend this hotel.

Birthplace of Kafka

This is an incredible hotel. The only person you will ever see is a receptionist. Remember that Prague is the birthplace of Kafka! There isn't even a breakfast buffet. The bar and restaurant seem to be closed since a long time. At our arrival we were immediately asked to pay in advance, with our coats on, the luggage beside us. For 3 days we paid Kc 14355 incl. 5% VAT for a double. For this price we could have had a view of the Prague castle instead of the drab building across the road.
