Big boat st moored between island and easy access to town. I liked the side view, great place to stay you are looking for a low budget accomodation and the reception staff is helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and breakfast are good.

Reasonably easy to reach by tram, the location is rather good - about 20-30 minutes on foot from the center and the hotel has been build on the river using an old ship. The bar is not expensive.

Rooms could be heated better, i didn't think much of the breakfast on offer.
