Have just returned from a 3 night stay in Berlin at the above hotel.
The hotel is clean, as are the rooms (which are cleaned daily). Despite being away from the main tourist areas, the hotel is only 100yrds from two U-bahn stations, Febhrbelliner Platz and a similar distance from Blissestr.
The area which the hotel is located in, is QUIET but safe. No problems from traffic or shady characters.
Breakfast is extra (9.5 euro's I think) but is wholesome. It consists of a self help selection of cheeses, meats, cereals, toast, coffee, juices.... etc etc...
Free internet and printer use is available, although this restricted to one computer only. So you have to be a little patient and be flexible with its use. But this comes in very handy for self check-ins.
Staff at the hotel are friendly and speak excellent English. A hotel safe can be used to store passports. Also the usage of a locker room next to the reception to store baggage too.
The rooms are of a fair size (we were in a double room) with modern bathroom applicances (apparently the hotel was renovated 18-24 months ago so everything is still in good working order).
Overall, a good stay. We paid approx 207 euros, which for a major European city hotel, is a good deal.

We spent 2 nights here in late December. We had booked online with the hotel about a week before our stay and saved 10 euros/night. Rate was 59 euros per night which seemed like a real bargain. We had never stay at an Ibis before but were pleasantly surprised. It had been recommended by a friend who lived nearby. Rooms were large enough and extremely clean. We felt the charge for breakfast was too high and found a bakery and grocery store about a block away. As someone commented, there are no facilities in the room for coffee, but it didn't bother us since we never travel without a small water heater. There are 2 subway stations within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay at an Ibis again.
