My company (a large fortune 500) put me up in this hotel for a recent business trip. I'm a fairly simple person, and don't need the 5-Star treatment, but for business travel, I do expect a few amenities be available and I would expect to get a good nights rest, especially after a long flight from California. Pros: Location is excellent. Many restaurants, bars, walking areas, shops within a stones throw. Cons: Difficult to find (if driving), logistically inconvenient for parking (and such), and maneuvering into the garage and from the garage to the hotel. Better to leave your bags at the front counter until you figure it out. Be prepared to swipe your room key many times... Noisy... Walls are thin and one can hear what's going on in other rooms and outside. Iron...I couldn't get an iron. They must have only one for the hotel and it was always "checked out". This was the worst part of my trip because I had to greet business partners with wrinkly clothes

Had no choice in this selection as the company agent set it up. As others have posted, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite excellent, the rooms are reasonably clean but there are issues. I suppose it's typical in Europe to have the shower designed such that you cannot take a shower without the curtain attacking you. But this has beenthe worst yet in all my travels. And it's apparently okay to charge a rediculous amount for internet access. $15.00 US for one hour of internet access is nothing short of outright thievery! And do be aware that there is heavy construction going on directly acroos the courtyard and it begins very early in the mornings. There is simply no way you can sleep past 6:00 am. Also there is a problem of loud banging of doors, carts, etc during the evening hours. All in all, a very noisy hotel that is overcharging for average rooms.
