Beatiful location awful service

It looks like it's their standard practice to sold out the rooms that you paid in advance. When we arrived there it turned out that they didn't have a room for us in spite of that we paid for it 3 months before. You have to really kick the [--] of their room keeping service before they start to work. At first day they didn't show at all and I had to complain 3 times to their desk before they took garbage out. So all in all it's a kind of cheap hotel with an awful service still in a beautiful location.

We stayed here during independence day. Good location, nice ocean view. Not too old facilities. When checking out, I was told that there's $10 surcharge... It's hidden when I made the reservation.
