"wonderful pool - don't forget your swim clothes"

i have been for 4 nights last saturday 29th july with my wife and my 3 years old daughter. i have first booked a double superior room, but after read some tripadvisor reviews i have changed it to a deluxe room (with an offer of staying 4 nights paying 3). the room is very beautiful, the bed area is a bit little than i expected, but the bath is really fantastic. seen the evacuation map (inside the room) you understand that there are a lot of different rooms, and depending on it may be very different your experience in the hotel (more if you don't visit the pool). the marvellous pool and the spa area is free. length 17 meters and width 12 meters. depth 1,4 meters. there is also a sauna. you can have some fruit there, and if you want to pay for it there's a bar service and massage service. we have stayed more than 2 hours every day, and there are very few people inside. i think i will never found a pool like that. his athmosphere is really really relaxing. it's open from 7:00 to 24:00 every day. the breakfast is a little short but delicious. you can have a mousse of chocolate, fantastic croissants, pastry, and there's an bio area with ecologic food. the restaurant where is served is very nice and the waiters are very helpful. may sure that is included in your book because it costs 24 euro. one thing you have to know is that there are 27 steps from the street level to the lobby. we have had always help to get up and get down the stairs with the pushchair of my daughter (one day she was sleeping inside). one day was raining and they lend us an umbrella. i can't say anything bad about the attention and friendly of the people who works at the hotel. the day we departed they keep us the suitcase and the pushchair and we stayed at the pool until we had to go to the airport. the valuable things we have kept in one wardrobe of the cloack room of the pool.

I would say it looks more like a 4 stars hotel than a 5 stars. The staff was very kind but a little bit naive...

Centrally located, luxurious with excellent customer service. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant/bar and the cigar room. Very nice and spacious rooms, although some rooms that are not part of the original structure are not easy to get to. Overall a great hotel.

"I could go on and on about how bad this expereience was... Whenever I asked about advertised/promised services I was told, ""oh no, you have cheap internet rate - that is not included."" Nice facade, but when the rubber hit the road, there was rude, inconsiderate service, and a variety services that were never provided or available. Hated it."
