Terrible!!!!

This hotel is the worst i've ever visited in my life ! I arrived late in the evening, tired with several bags of luggage - according to the front desk receptionist - a very unpleasant and rude person, i did not have some mysterious "voucher" so he refused to check me in even though he should have been able to locate me by my last name. He said that if I booked through some other website, I needed to present a voucher and the voucher would be in my email. Even though they had computer on the premises, he sent me at night in the unknown city to internet cafe to log on my email and print out the voucher . After some upleasant conversation they finally allowed me to use their computer to print out the stupid voucher - it was not enough for him to just see the voucher in my email.. that was the first night. Next morning I discovered that their breakfast is below all terrible expectations: only one type of low quality ham and one type of low quality cheese and no fresh juice, no omelettes - basically nothing - instead of fresh juice they are offering "a juice drink " - a poisonous mixture of water and suspicious fruit flavored powder also shower head did not work and would constanly fall on my head the rooms are small and stuffy and there is not bathtub the entire place is very low quality, and the service is the worst i've ever seen. dont' stay at this hotel - it will ruin your prague vacation !

This hotel is near the outskirts of the town but it you turn left out of the hotel you are 5 minutes away from the Ill Pavlova tram stop. Take the 22 tram to the castle. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the bar staff !!!, The rooms were spacious - 3 adults in one room with plenty of space for the cases !! Prague itself is not as cheap as some might think but if you search you can find some lovely places.

Un hotel correcto a un buen precio

Hola, el hotel es nuevo, lo inauguraron en el 2005 con lo que todo esta muy nuevo y limpito, las habitaciones amplias y en cuanto a la situacion no es mala, estas a 5 minutos caminando de la estacion de metro de I.P. Pavlova, 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza Wenceslao y unos 20 minutos caminando del centro de la Ciudad Vieja, la plaza del Ayuntamiento. En cuanto a los defectos pues yo le encontre tres, uno es que en las habitaciones se cuela bastante ruido de trafico ya que la avenida en la que esta tiene mucho movimiento y no esta muy insonorizado, otro es que el desayuno es bastante simple aunque suficiente, es buffet y tienes pan, embutidos, yougurt, mantequellia y mermeladas, algun dulce, y 2 zumos que no estan muy alla, y salchichas. No tiene por ejemplo bacon, huevos fritos o revueltos. Por ultimo la cama me parecio bastante dura, estoy acostumbrado a colchones mas mullidos y aqui el colchon no era muy gordo, de todas formas descanse bien, aunque me parecio inicialmente muy duro. En definitiva es un hotel recomendable, sobre todo por la relacion calidad/precio, yo lo pille con dos o tres meses de antelacion en [------------------] y me salio a 55 euros la habitacion doble con desayuno, en la web del hotel los precios son algo mas elevados, unos 70 o 75 euros creo en temporada baja que es cuando yo fui.
