The hotel offers spa treatment alongside traditional hotel services and has an open air thermal swimming pool. The pool is built into a rock overlooking the city and is kept at a constant temperature of 30°C all year round. The hotel also offers various spa treatments, a fitness centre and sauna.

You are welcome to use our 50 metre open-air thermal swimming pool which contains Karlovy Vary hot healing spring water, consisting of approximately a third of the total amount of the water. The entrance fee is EUR 3 per person per hour. You can also use all of the other facilities within the swimming pool area such as the fitness centre at EUR 4 per person per 90 minutes, the sauna including a swimming pool at EUR 6 per person per 2 hours or the solarium at EUR 1 per person per 5 minutes.

I was there for one night, and my feeling is not good. This hotel is not good. if you are in Karlovy Vary you can try another one. I know that price seems nice (66 EUR for double), but the rest is very disgusting. Only two things are good, rooms and pool...Pool has "name" and rooms are after renovation...thats all..
Stuff is unfriendly, "entertiment" is real poor and restaurants and bar closed at 22. TV selection is average. Hotels seems like from late 70s, only nice garden is around. This hotel needs renovation and better services. Much better.

I stayed in TERMAL resort for 2 weeks, within this short amount of time, the safe in my hotel room was robbed for money and all my jewelry. It was opened while i was out of the room and closed afterwards, i was missing about 9 thousand dollars worth of things. Police was called and nothing could be done because there was no solid evidence.
Cant say I loved the service much either, when i spoke to the General director Mr Neufus he didn't seem to care much, he was actually Very rude&offensive. Did not want to discuss my issue, made it clear he was not interested in listening to the situation at hand. Also i would like to say be careful with nurse Judita Reichova, she came off to be a very angry woman, the type that can possibly drive you to hysterics. You do need her though, she is the lady in charge of scheduling all the procedures.
The hotel itself was nothing special, not the four star rating i was expecting. The food there was very cheap, not in the sense of inexpensive more like bad quality. You had to pay for tea and coffee, otherwise you would be stuck with tap water. Would i ever return? No, would i advise anyone to go there, also a no.
