I visited this hotel last week with my family (wife and two children) where we had a very bad experience.
We were served expired bisquites on the first day and when we asked for an extra Nescafe sachet to make our coffee stronger the answer was that we had to pay for an extra coffee.
Staff is not friendly at all and owners they just pretending they want to help but they do nothing.
The hotel is noisy and anyway altought Platres is a grade place to visit this hotel will not help you to relax.

An excellent hotel in a stunning location - in the Troodos Mountains, so the breezes are most welcome. Lovely swimming pool, plenty of space and terraces for relaxing. Family run hotel, very friendly with very high standards.
