Each is equipped with the facilities listed in "room descriptions" as well as in-house movies, 3-channel radio, direct dial telephones with voicemail, high-speed wired internet access and PlayStations. The hotel offers a selection of 9 excellent restaurants open periodically which provide variety and all of which feature no-smoking sections.

Le Fleuri – poolside restaurant and terrace which starts with Le Meridien buffet breakfast followed by à la carte and buffets at lunchtime and theme events (according to the season). Vegetarian dishes are also available.

Le Nautile – Mediterranean cuisine is served in elegant yet relaxed surroundings with discreet music. The dress code is smart/casual. (Winter only).

Le Vieux Village Cyprus Tavern - an open air restaurant serving traditional Cypriot meat specialities with superb Mediterranean views (Summer only).

Enalia – an outdoor seafood restaurant situated next to the sea and seawater pool, featuring our fresh fish display. Fresh oysters, clams and live lobsters are favoured by our guests. Sophisticated fish dishes are cooked to perfection and served under the Mediterranean star light. (Summer only).

La Trattoria - an authentic Italian open air restaurant located next to the sea. Fresh homemade pasta, pizzas, veal dishes such as piccata al limone and other Italian specialties are served. (Summer only).

Kojima – Japanese restaurant situated on a little island surrounded by beautiful landscaping and waterfalls. The Teppanyaki chef contributes to the whole restaurant’s atmosphere. By using the freshest ingredients we offer a variety of sushi, sashimi and makimono. (Summer only).

Balthazar – an exclusive restaurant set in unique surroundings and decor serving fine fusion and Japanese cuisine. Restaurant is non-smoking with a smart dress code. Children 9 years old and over are welcome.

We have just returned from a week at this fantastic hotel. I scoured the sites to find a hotel that would fit all our needs- young children, smart accomodation, beachfront location etc.- and finally settled on this one. Best points:- Club Penguin activity centre- amazing facilities, like a little school, with friendly and enthusiastic staff from all over the world. Probably would suit under 7s best, but older children have opportunity to play team sports and activities. Very safe (worried about leaving my children but they were always attended). Friendly staff except slightly superior receptionists. Housekeeping were wonderful- nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were kept spotless and cleaned twice a day (maybe a little excessive!) Swimming pools- loads of them and again pristine. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole of the resort- puts England to shame. Not so great:- Beach- coarse dark sand, but you don't really need a beach as the resort has so many gardens and pools overlooking the beach. Expensive food- we went B&B and mostly ate a la carte trying all the restaurants. Once a pizza at the trattoria cost us Euro31! Buffets were good value for adults but encourage overeating (I think they are included for HB) Flights out- flew Thomas Cook- never again! Delays and poor communication.

Spent a week here with husband and 2 yr old daughter . Wonderful room - really spacious . Buffet was superb . Childcare was fabulous , the girls are so friendly and my daughter went in happily every day for a couple of hours . There is a great play area away from the main hotel where you can take them to play and run around and a bouncy castle .Good shallow beach and excellent kids pool. Great service in the restaurants and really child friendly . Cost of alcohol only negative !
