Good service, friendly and diligent staff. New building; very nice indoor swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is good and diverse.

Very disappointed by the restaurant. It is pricy (you could expect that) but the food is not tasty (scallops, burger), food arrived cold (quesadilla, chinese soup), and there is no really Chinese food on the menu. Limited choice on the menu.

This hotel shows that China has come a long way in customer service and amenities. There are wonderful features of this establishment, but customers should be aware of a few rough spots around the edges. While the room rates are far below those of comparable US hotels in large cities, there are a few surprises: (1) internet is exorbitantly expensive; daily in-room internet is 100RMB, about 12 US dollars; (2) food options are limited; the simplest request like a sandwich or a cup of coffee can be difficult to arrange; (3) the lunch buffet is 20 US dollars and extremely mediocre. Otherwise my stay has been very comfortable.
