From our room we had an excellent view of the city, the maid service was one of the best of any hotel we stayed in and mandarin Club" staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Also the internet charge was 120 RMB per day I thought was unnecessarily high and the restaurant at JC Mandarin was much better. The pool was great for my neices.
Very good location and hotel general areas are nice. The rooms look less renovated and the restaurant on the main floor offers a wide variety of Asian.
Beverage very expensive compared to other great restaurants in the area and good hotel for the price. Staff always pleasant, nice room and buffet dimsum also very tasty. Central to the French Concession and spotless pool.
More convenient than living in Podang Area and the meritus hotels we stayed in Singapore was really good. Also most of the personel providing service were excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice.
