Good position downtown Shanghai and very freindly staff. The 38th floor bar is amazing.

I have done this before at other hotels and bottled water should not be so expensive.

I would have expected that a hotel like hilton will provide guests, first check in counter the staff said no room available so i waited an extra half hour and check-out take too long also considering the Chinese standards.
