I chose it because of the location, and the convenience of using my SPG points. The staff was friendly but didn't do anything(except verbal appology) to comfort me when I complained my experience at the check-out. I will confirm that the location is in the heart of everything, but getting to and from the hotel is not so convenient, even if you’re using public transportation. My local colleague was stuck in the subway for two hours trying to get back to the hotel. The human traffic along the Nanjing Road makes...... Read entire review

But it was clearly well-known to the staff, and the next day they moved us again, to quite a nice room, with a closet containing some useful plastic hangars and a laundry list, all left by the previous occupant. The room is very nice, but the problem is that they have hired people off the street to clean the rooms. The first day, I had the cleaning lady come into our room, and clean while I was there.
