As it was the only available hotel we booked from their website. There is a guarded parking outside. The hotel is in a location far from the centre in a worker's suburb. By the time we stayed there were many school groups from Sweden and Norway, students drinking and making a lot of noise. As they did not have a triple room available they gave as a suite for the price of the triple. There were one double bed room and a living room with a bed-sofa. The rooms are not separated. Beds are very soft and confortable, decoration is modern and similar to luxury hotels but everything is old and worn, and not very clean. It was our least pleasant stay in Poland. Breakfast is served from buffet with the usual ingredients, ham, cheese, eggs etc., simply adequate. The dining room is not spacious, so you'll find a difficulty in getting served and sitted.

I am in the middle of a 2 night stay at the Hotel Krakus. Where do I start. The room can only be described as worse than the one I slept in for my six years at boarding school. The furniture is old and worn as are the bed clothes. The towels in the bathroom are like something for cleaning the floor - and they are riddled with holes. My room was next to the lift on the third floor so every time someone comes out of the lift it makes a loud bing bong noise so dont expect a restful nights sleep. Also when I went to close the curtains at night they fell off the wall. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere - it is 20 minutes by taxi to the city centre. There are no shops, bars or anything around the hotel. In fact it does not look like a very safe area. So if you are planning a trip to Krakow dont even consider staying here. Stay in the city at the Holiday Inn or somewhere instead.
