Walhalla Hotel - Zurich, Switzerland

It was a perfect hotel with really helpful and charming staff, a spacious well equipped room and bathroom, superb location - 1 minute from the main railway station and trams in front of the hotel. It was very good value for money, given the high price of hotels in Zurich. I would definitely recommend the Walhalla.

Staff polite and helpful. Really close to the train station, ideal for airport transfers.

most convenient when one has a train very early in the morning. No charm but correct.

Wonderful hotel & staff in central location

This hotel is literally across the road from the Zurich HB and considering the proximity to the train station is extremely quiet. The windows are sound proofed, there is free wireless internet in all rooms, a non smoking floor and safes in the rooms. The breakfast room is on the first floor and offers a wonderful fresh and healthy breakfast & all staff are courteous, helpful and sympathetic when your luggage goes missing!! It is also a 10 min walk to Bahnhofstrasse and the museum is right next door. All in all a great experience and would thoroughly recommend this to people travelling by train.
