Location is good, the Hotel provided the perfect lay over stop on my way to Mulhouse France for my niece's wedding and the room is clean and spacious.

A very busy tram line runs along the street, inexperienced front office staff and the restaurant "Crazy Cow" didn't look very nice.

Good location and lively restaurant in hotel. Friendly & helpful staffs and big room. There's only the one small elevator wasn't a problem and breakfast wasn't too expensive for Zurich.

Walk up the hill before we understood tram system, well during the night quite a lot of noise on the street due to repairing street.

Connection to the city & the airport was very convenient, the location of the hotel was good and the front desk staff were patient and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
