At check-in, the front desk attendant showed us to our room and gave us a tour. The concierge accomodated every one of our requests "with pleasure"! The rooms are beautiful, with every amenity. The bathrooms have large soaking tubs and rainfall showers. Flatscreen television and DVD player were nice to have too. Room service was prompt and courteous, in fact throwing in a few extras with our dinner one night!. Read review

The staff remembered my name by the third day and addressed me by name in the hallways and at the front desk. I ordered quite a bit of room service since I worked late hours and the gentleman who usually answered my calls personally delivered my last meal to me on the last evening and wished me a good trip home. I have travelled all over the world and have stayed at other five star hotels, and this was the most personalized service I have ever received. For a European hotel, the room was more than spacious. Daily benefits was a plate of fresh fruit, free bottled water, free shoe shines and free dvd rentals. Beautiful Large , Modern Rooms and Impeccable Service.. Read review
