Mi mujer y yo tuvimos que dejar el hotel Romareda a medianoche, en medio de la lluvia, porque el gerente de noche no estaba dispuesto a controlar el ruido extremo y el comportamiento inapropiado que tenía un grupo de estudiantes universitarios que llegaran al hotel ese día y estaban alojados en nuestro mismo piso. Llamamos al gerente tres veces en espacio de una hora y media y finalmente nos levantamos y nos fuimos porque el gerente no estaba dispuesto a enfrentarse a ese grupo de estudiantes.

My wife and I had to leave the premises of the hotel Romareda at midnight, in the rain, because the night manager was not willing to control the extreme noise and inappropriate behavior on our floor by a group of college students who had checked into the hotel that day. We called the manager three times over the span of one and half hours, and we finally gave up and left because the manager was not willing to face the group of students.
