Although only a 2 star hotel it had everything you needed, was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and although there was no choice on the menu, they were happy to provide an alternative if needed. It is in a very central position between both the stations and lakes. We hired the free bikes provided by the hotel and enjoyed a day around Lake Brienz.
