I stayed there for about a week or so...i really liked the room, it was small but the furniture was nice. i couldn't sleep most of the nights because of the airconditioning, somtimes it got too hot. i wouldn't go back if there was a room available in the holiday inn , but if there are'nt any, i guess it will be fine for just a few days.

Five Stars?? Not even close!

If you want a 5 star hotel, suggest going elsewhere. Advertised amenities were not present. No kettle for tea or coffee. Over-priced for the service received. Booked an Executive room and expected far more. I've stayed in four star accommodation with more service and amenities. Room service over-priced and portions are a laugh. Do not even bother with late night room service, unless you enjoy your food straight from the freezer. Absolutely stone cold, all for 30 CHF (again they're having a laugh). Executive lounge poor at best. If you're accustomed to Marriott or Hilton, forget it. More of a picnic than a lounge. Very low budget for a five star hotel. The "Non-Smoking" floors are anything but. Guests have their doors open with the smoke from four people filling the floor. Absolutley disgusting! Would not recommend this circus to a clown. Common explanation received from staff: It's Geneva. I have had over 120 nights in hotels for business this year. This has to be categorised as one of the worst. Will not return to this property, even if it were the only one available. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS.
