I booked a deluxe quality room, and for sure we got a deluxe room: 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 televisions and 3 minibars. From our room (nr. 501) there was an excellent view to Western Europe's highest mountain: Mount Blanc. Furthermore the hotel is located very close to the train station and just where you can find most of the "original" swiss reastaurants.

This hotel is not suitable for family people and no value for money you are paying. I got an offer from this hotel. when i got checkin they asked me book new room for my 4 year old baby, i didnot have any option so I booked another room for my small baby. so finally i paid double the rate. if any offer come from this hotel please donot accept. No air condition and too hot, more noise in the night time since hotel located near many pubs and public area. I agree breakfast was good and free! and rooms are clean.

Our worst hotel stay in Europe 2008. Because there is zero air ventilation in room you must keep window open day and night to breath. The street outside is noisy with outdoor restaurant patrons by day, and by night with prostitutes and night people who inhabite the closed restaurant tables and chairs from midnight until dawn, talking loudly, shouting, screaming. We got little sleep for the two nights we were there. The room was hot and stuffy, even with windows open.

This is merely a place to stay in Geneva. There's nothing special here except the helpful reception staff. No AC in summer heat (yes - it is starting to get pretty hot even in Geneva)... open windows lets in street noise. Nice rooms though.

Very central, convenient for station. Our room was at the back and overlooked a car park - a little noisy but what do you expect in a city? We had to leave early for a train, before the normal start time for breakfast, but they rustled up a cup of coffee and some croissants. We would use them again - it was our first time.
