Location is perfect for shopping and the hotel is elegant and comfortable. Staff are friendly, free internet acsess is wonderful and the smell of fresh soap in their clean towels. Breakfast could have been better.

Very good location, near the old town and i liked that hotel was very central located. The staff was helpful and from the main entrance to the room that was used for the breakfast.

The location was great, the hotel provided breakfast in bed for a very reasonable CHF8.00 and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The wifi in our room was spotty at best.

Great central location and near the lake. The hotel is eminently enjoyable, the staff at the reception is very nice and professional, the complimentary wi-fi connection is a boon. Breakfast is good.
